About third parties in the matter of land book

Abstract

In the matter of land book, the notion of third party is complex, specific and variable and should not be mistaken for the notion of third parties in the matter of civil legal instrument (in general) or even in the matter of movable assets publicity, as in the text of the respective regulation we can distinguish at least the following three (sub)categories: third parties in the matter of tabulations (and provisional registrations) (i), third parties in the matter of notations (ii), third parties in the matter of acquiring tabulation rights in good faith (iii). Hence, the specific legal status – partly, different – thereof.
