Rezumat

Labor Code and the regulations relating to non‑discrimination at work were supplemented with express provisions regarding moral harassment at work. The new legislative amendments show the concern which the legislator has for the prevention and fight against undesirable behaviors at work, even in the current social and economic context. In this study, we intend to depict the legal regulation framework, existing at the international and domestic level, concerning “moral harassment” at work, to highlight the modes of action and its consequences, so that finally, to shape certain criteria based on which we might appreciate the moral prejudice suffered by an employee at work as a result of certain deeds of harassment.
