Rezumat

The field of liability for committing anti competitive practices, in general, respectively, that of quantifying the damage caused, in particular, is proving to be very complex, raising serious problems, both theoretical and practical. Our study aims to outline the main coordinates of the operation to quantify the damage resulting in such a situation. A special consideration is given to the possibility of passing on the additional costs generated by the commission of the anti competitive act, this being the most frequently invoked defense of the defendant in the liability action.
