Nr. 2 (2020): Civil liability in the context of the current challenges
Despite its "venerable age", civil liability remains a legal institution capable of constantly surprising with previously unknown valences and surprising with its capacity to adapt to the eternal transformations of society. This is why a volume that places civil liability in the context of contemporary challenges is not only useful, but above all necessary.
