As far as issue 4/2020 is concerned, it was produced under the coordination of Prof. Valeriu Stoica and brings together, in a volume entitled "What we know and what we want: Interferences and conceptual delimitations in the Civil Code", numerous valuable studies analysing the notions of good faith, diligence, error, fraud, fraud, bad faith, guilt (intention and fault).
